Frequently asked questions
Shipping & reshipping
Make sure you use your full address including first and last name in order to receive your shirts in time. In case your parcel is shipped back to me, a reshipping fee will be billed.
Return Policy
I hope that you are pleased with your order. If there’s been an error with your order please contact me. These items are limited, no stock will be on hand for exchanges. Please refer to the fitment chart when ordering, as I must produce new product in order to fulfill any exchange requests. Such production is costly. If you require an exchange for a different size/color, I regretfully must charge $18 for production, plus the regular shipping charge.
If I shipped the wrong product, or there was a defect in the product, I will issue a refund, or, at my expense (and sole discretion), produce more shirts to replace those that were defective.
Exchanges
I don’t accept returns or exchanges if you changed your mind on size or color. Please check the size chart, design and color before ordering.
Cancellations
I can't accept order cancellations due to the made to order nature of the items. This is a custom product and its production does start when a purchase is made. Once the order is placed, it unfortunately cannot be cancelled.
Care instructions
Machine wash: warm (max 40C or 105F); Non-chlorine: bleach as needed; Tumble dry: medium heat; Iron, steam or dry: low heat; Do not dry clean.
